Screen Printing Pallet Tape For Platen Masking 

HANZE LTD provide premium self-adhesive platen tape for use on print surfaces of textile screen  print equipment.  It is constructed with white translucent saturated paper and water-based natural rubber  adhesive, which is designed specifically as the protector for textile printing pallets from  ink spills, leaks, spray adhesives…Extends pallet life eliminates the need for cleaning  solvents and reduces downtime for platen clean-up. If you’re using a platen tape on your  press, simply pull off the tape after a job and your pallet is clean.  Premium platen tape also works on manual and other automatic platens. Adheres to  either steel, aluminum or wood pallets.

Application:
Pallet tape designed for use in textile screen printing to protect the platens from spray adhesive build-up.

Eliminates the need for costly solvents and rag disposal.
Apply to all kinds of printing machine (oval printing machine, octopus printing machine, etc.), as the cutting piece positioning.

Can also be used for hand-printed platen, embroidery platen positioning.

Using process:

1.Make sure the platens are clean before applying the platen masking tape.
2.Apply the tape from the back with the sticky side down. Cut at the top of the platen.
3.Use the tape role or squeegee to slowly stick the tape to the platen ensuring there are no air bubbles. If you get an air bubble you can pull off and do again.
4.Use a sharp knife to poke a hole in any remaining air bubbles and press down to smooth out.
5.Mark on the tape before apply your adhesive spray.
6.Just remove the tape and it keeps your platen always clean.

Storage conditions:

Do not transport store with volatile organic solvent,avoid direct sunlight,rain.It should be stored at a temperature of 10℃ to 30℃ and a humidity of 40% to 70%.Buy for the best performance within 6 months after purchase.The platen mask should be placed.
